Meet Maître B
Brandon wears many hats at Bacchus, both literally & figuratively. With his official title as Orchestrator of Shenanigans, he's produced and coordinated wine events and live performances at Bacchus for over a decade. He also writes the very popular weekly e-newsletter and curates the wine list alongside Claud.
Meet Chef Claud
Opened in 2015, Bacchus Kitchen + Wine Bar in Pasadena combines eclectic seasonal menus, live music, and a curated selection of wines to create a unique dining experience, all under the visionary leadership of Chef Claud Beltran. Known for his inventive New American cuisine, Claud is a native Pasadenan(or Pasadeño) whose "por que no?" attitude translates into unique offerings from artfully-crafted small plates & winemaker dinners, to teen cooking camps & professional catering services.
